Project Management Tool Implementation Lead

The Project manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the selection and implementation of project and program management tool. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with different stakeholders across the organization, building a roadmap, conducting change management, and tracking project progress through monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
