Director of Product Management

Stripe is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our payments infrastructure product area. You will define the multi-year roadmap for core payment processing capabilities that process hundreds of billions of dollars annually.

In this role you will manage a team of senior PMs, partner with engineering and design leadership, and represent product strategy to executive stakeholders. You will be accountable for adoption metrics, developer satisfaction, and reliability outcomes for Stripe's most critical infrastructure.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of shipping developer-facing products at scale, deep empathy for technical users, and the ability to synthesise complex technical constraints into a clear strategic direction. Prior experience in payments or financial infrastructure is a strong advantage.
