UX Designer

Booking.com is looking for a talented UX Designer to join our Accommodation Discovery team on a 12-month contract. You will own the end-to-end design process for features that help millions of travellers find the right place to stay.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully. You will also contribute to our design system and advocate for accessibility standards across the product.

This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in the EU. You will work with a distributed team across Amsterdam, Berlin, and Warsaw, with optional travel to our Amsterdam headquarters for quarterly planning sessions.
