Operations Manager

DHL Express is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Manchester hub. You will be responsible for a team of 60 warehouse and logistics staff, managing throughput targets, quality standards, and safety compliance across all shifts.

You will work closely with network planners and the regional Director of Operations to implement process improvements, manage headcount planning, and ensure service level agreements are consistently met during peak periods. Experience in a high-volume logistics or manufacturing environment is essential.

In this role you will lead from the front, be visible on the floor, and build a culture of continuous improvement. You will have the authority to make operational decisions quickly and the support of a strong regional leadership team.
