Inside Sales Representative

Dell Technologies is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial Sales team in Austin. You will manage a portfolio of small and medium business accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and work to exceed quarterly revenue targets.

You will make outbound calls and emails, qualify inbound leads, and collaborate with field sales and pre-sales engineers to close deals. Full product training and a structured onboarding programme are provided in your first 90 days.

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, resilient, and energised by hitting targets. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required — we value drive and a willingness to learn above all else. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential.
