Healthcare Data Analyst

The HSE is recruiting a Healthcare Data Analyst to support our national reporting and business intelligence function. You will help maintain and develop dashboards that track key performance indicators across hospitals, GP services, and community care settings.

You will work with large datasets from clinical and administrative systems, produce regular statutory reports, and assist senior analysts with ad hoc analysis requests from HSE leadership. Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau are essential.

This is an entry-level to junior role and is ideal for a recent graduate with a quantitative degree or a candidate transitioning from a data administration background. Full training on HSE systems and data governance processes will be provided.
