HR Director

Deloitte UK is seeking a strategic HR Director to lead the people function for our Consulting business unit, covering approximately 8,000 professionals. You will be a key member of the Consulting leadership team, accountable for talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, and organisational design.

You will manage a team of 12 HR Business Partners, lead significant change management programmes, and work with the Global HR function to implement firm-wide people initiatives. Strong command of employment law and experience navigating complex workforce issues at scale are essential.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within professional services or a comparably complex matrix organisation. You will be a trusted advisor to senior partners and a role model for Deloitte's inclusive and high-performance culture.
