Senior Legal Counsel

Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house Business Legal team in London. You will provide commercially focused legal advice to the firm's global business functions, covering procurement, technology contracts, data protection, and strategic partnerships.

You will manage relationships with external counsel, advise on complex cross-border agreements, and work closely with senior business stakeholders to structure deals that balance commercial opportunity with legal risk. Experience in commercial contracts and technology law is essential; prior experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.

This is a senior individual contributor role with the expectation of developing into a team leadership position. You will be part of a close-knit in-house team and enjoy the resources and prestige of a Magic Circle firm.
